Procedure for loading the program for removing the password function
1. First put the program in the memory card.
2. Insert the memory card into the robot controller.
3. Switch on the controller while pressing PREV and NEXT keys on the
controller.
4. Select the Control start mode ( Press 3 ).
5. After robot is control started then press MENUS
6. Select FILE
7. press UTILITY ( F5)
8. select “Set device “
9. select “memory card “
10. Press DIR ( F3)
11. select *.SV File
12. press ENTER
13. the names of the files present in the memory card will be displayed
14. Select SYSPASS program
15. Press LOAD ( F2 )
16. Once this file is loaded then press FCTN
17. select COLD START
18. Press ENTER
After robot is cold started you can run and change the programs in your system.
