Dear Mr Khairulmuazzain Khalid,
I am writing to express my interest in the position of Engineering Store Officer at
MYAirline Sdn Bhd. With about 2 years of experience in storekeeping and inventory
management, I am confident in my ability to make valuable contributions to your
team.
As an Engineering Store Officer, I have experience in managing inventory levels,
coordinating with repair vendors, and overseeing the receiving and shipment of OEM
and 3rd Party from and for repairs. My strong organizational skills, attention to detail,
and ability to work well under pressure have allowed me to successfully manage
storerooms and ensure that materials are readily available for engineers and
technicians.
In my current position as Production Tooling Coordinator at Airfoil Services Sdn Bhd,
I have been responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing
efficient stocking procedures, and developing and maintaining relationships with our
tool repair vendors and fabricators both local and oversea. I have also played a key
role in improving inventory accuracy and reducing production stoppage through the
internal development of barcode scanning using MS Access, SQL Server and further
development of Internal Purchase Request Tracker using MS SharePoint Online and
Power Automate.
I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to MYAirline Sdn
Bhd and to be a part of a team that is dedicated to providing high-quality engineering
