According to an American philosopher, Ralph Waldo Emerson, "Health is Wealth." Our health is our most valuable and vital asset. A healthy body provides us with the strength and energy we need to achieve better results in all aspects of our lives. Personal hygiene is necessary for a person's overall health and well-being. It should always be our top priority. Personal hygiene is one of the most effective ways to protect against infectious diseases such as COVID-19, colds, and flu. Handwashing and sanitizing help to remove germs that can make us sick. Maintaining good personal hygiene will also aid in the prevention of the transmission of disease. In addition, proper toothbrushing and bathing are essential in preventing gum disease. Gum disease may appear after several days of not brushing one's teeth. It boosts the immune system and keeps microorganisms out of the mouth and gums. Because health and hygiene are basic personal needs for everyone, we must take care of our bodies. JosÉ rizal university | project proposal Linis Laban Kay Mr. Germs is a healthcare intervention program that will help children, especially at the elementary level, boost their skills in handwashing, sanitizing, toothbrushing, bathing, and responsibility.
