The school is a place where learners discover new knowledge
and skills while having fun. The learners can freely express
themselves and socialize with their classmate and school
personnel if they really feel that there is a conducive
environment for them. We must assure them that their learning
environment is safe from any harm that might hinder their
interest to pursue their studies.
Given the above-mentioned principles and guided with the
mandate of the standards issued by the government, it is our
moral responsibility to protect the welfare of the learners
which compels us act on the concerns by proposing this
program.
