Republic of the Philippines Department of Education Region IV-A CALABARZON CITY SCHOOLS DIVISION OF TANAUAN DR. ALCANTARA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL Mabini, Tanauan City, Batangas NARRATIVE REPORT CARD GIVING FIRST QUARTER The First Quarter Card Giving was a great avenue not only to discuss the achievement and progress of my grade 8 students but also to discuss important and relevant school concerns. The card giving started at 1:00 PM. Parents signed the attendance and patiently sat in the classroom as I discussed important concerns like the Homeroom PTA Contribution that will be used to purchase electric fans and bookshelves. I also discussed the Child Protection Policy of the school so that each parent is guided to school policy and guidelines at DANHS. The PTA officers of the classroom were also chosen through an election. PREPARED: NOTED: MA. KRISTINA CASSANDRA N. NON MICHAELO M. After the meeting, I personally had a one on one session with the parents of my struggling students. We made an agreement to be partners in helping their sons/daughters in their studies. ALCANTARA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL Mabini, Tanauan City, Batangas NARRATIVE REPORT CARD GIVING THIRD QUARTER The Third Quarter Card Giving was a great avenue for updates and follow-ups. The card giving started at 1:00 PM. Parents signed the attendance and patiently sat in the classroom as I conducted the meeting. The Homeroom contribution was a success because it serves its purpose to buy electric fans, curtains and cleaning materials. The students who were struggling were also the primary consideration of the card giving. Parents were updated about the status and concerns of their child. This also served as a meeting for the upcoming Christmas party. Parents were able to express what they want so that their children will enjoy the X-mas party. We’ve agreed to cook three dishes and each student will give Php100. 00. PREPARED: NOTED: MA. KRISTINA CASSANDRA N. NON MICHAELO M. MEDALLA ADVISER GRADE 8 KALAW HEAD TEACHER III
