Role and Responsibilities: ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Own delivery for multiple projects Identify key business objectives and provide solutions Create project roadmap Lead on and off shore teams, planning, executing, and tracking multiple projects schedules and scope. Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets. Identify and anticipate issues and risks. Be prepared to manage issues and risks that may arise and resolve issues that prevent project success. Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks. Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards. Liaise with Recruitment & Operations to define the recruitment/staffing needs for your projects Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency. Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center. Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective. ● Delivery Management objectives in Onshore & Offshore Model for multiple clients across the globe. Desired Profile: ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● An engineering or non-engineering graduate with 12-15 years of hands-on experience in project delivery. Good experience of Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of Oops architecture and Data structure. Extensive experience on any technology stack : - MEAN, Dot Net, Java Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control. Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism. Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Service Delivery and the Customer. Drive and coordinate crisis management. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
