Exploitation :
• The encomienda: a group of indigenous people was brought to a
concentration to work on tasks whose products benefited the Spanish
in exchange for a small payment that did not allow them to improve
their living conditions.
• • The mita: the indigenous people of a community were drawn by lot
to work for a determined time on the properties of the Spaniards
• The yanaconazgo: allowed to permanently enslave the people prisoners of the wars - without receiving remuneration
