Instant Pot Beef Sausage & Potatoes Ingredients 1 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp minced onion 1 lb smoked sausage 1 cup chicken stock 2 lbs potatoes (cubed) 32 oz canned green beans (drained) 1 tsp cajun seasoning Instructions 1. Turn Instant Pot to saute & allow to heat up for a minute or two. 2. Add in olive oil, sausage, & minced onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes, or until the sausage begins to brown & the onions soften. Turn the Instant Pot OFF. 3. Add in the stock & scrape up the browned bits on the bottom of the inner pot. 4. Add in the potatoes on top of the sausage & sprinkle w/ the cajun seasoning. Add drained green beans on top of sausage. 5. Close the Instant Pot & seal the vent knob to sealed. 6. Hit manual or pressure cook & adjust cook time to 2 minutes on HIGH pressure. 7. Once cook time has elapsed, let pressure release naturally for at least 5 minutes. Then do a quick release of pressure by hitting the vent knob from sealed to venting. 8. Stir & serve. Potato Soup Ingredients 5 large baking potatoes, peeled & cubed 1/8 cup chopped onion 2 carrots, thinly sliced 8 oz cream cheese, softened ½ cup of butter, softened 10.75 oz can of cream of chicken, undiluted 2 cups of milk 2 cups of water 1 tsp of salt ½ tsp ground pepper 8 bacon slices, cooked & crumbled Shredded cheddar cheese Instructions 1. Combine first three ingredients in a pot; add water to cover. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, & simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. 2. Beat cream cheese & butter in a medium bowl at medium speed w/ an electric mixer until creamy. Add cream of chicken soup, beating well. Gradually add milk, beating until smooth. 3. Add milk mixture to vegetable mixture. Stir in 2 cups water, salt, & pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat & simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stir occasionally. 4. Top each serving with bacon and cheddar. Vegetable Pizza Ingredients 2 2 1 2 ½ ½ ½ ½ ½ (8 oz) packages refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz) package cream cheese cup mayo tbsp ranch seasoning powder grated broccoli cup of grated cauliflower cup grated carrots cup finely chopped tomatoes cup green onions Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350• F 2. Unroll crescent rolls onto a nonstick baking sheet, separating the dough & arranging it in a single layer covering the entire baking sheet. Press together the perforations, and then using a fork, prick the dough all over. Bake the dough for 10 minutes until golden brown then remove it from the oven and allow it to completely cool. 3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, and ranch powder. Using a handheld mixer, blend together the ingredients until smooth & creamy. 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the completely cooled baking sheet of crescent rolls, covering the entire surface in an even layer. 5. Sprinkle the grated broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, tomatoes, and onions on top of the cream cheese. Place plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight. Lazy Garlic Toast Pizza Ingredients Frozen garlic toast Mozzarella cheese (shredded) Pizza sauce Toppings of your choice Instructions 1. Bake the garlic toast according to the package directions but pull it out of the oven about 2 minutes before it’s finished. 2. Top the almost-done garlic toast w/ pizza sauce, cheese, & the toppings (use the sauce very sparingly, otherwise the middle can get soggy). 3. Place back in the oven on the broil setting for 2-4 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly & starts to brown. Ham & Hash Brown Casserole Ingredients 2 1 1 ½ 2 8 cans cream of chicken lb of ham (30 0z) package frozen hash browns cup butter cups cheddar cheese oz sour cream Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350• F 2. Mix all ingredients into a bowl. 3. Place mixture into a greased baking dish. 4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
