What are areas that need improvement? The areas of my diet that need improvement are including vegetable servings, added fruits, and more grains. How could you modify your current diet to meet these dietary goals? To reach these goals, I would modify my diet to add 2.5 cups of vegetables spread throughout the day and one more cup of fruit a day. Grains and complex carbs are another spot that I can improve in my diet. According to the MyPlate diagram, I would add 2-3 servings of dairy into my diet. Legumes and nuts are another area that I need to make a staple in my daily intake.
