long and parking on the other side of campus for my classes.
Additional calories:
Walk session calories:106,56,76,65, 205,293 = 801 extra in the week from walking
Weight-loss in a year:
801x52=41,652 calories
3,500 calories in a lb of fat
Results in a loss of 11.9 pounds in a year from these changes
