Descent of head is palpable at symphysis pubis for about 2-3 fingers

Urine Output: 150 ml.
After the initial findings, the client was brought to LR for labor watch. The nurse continuously
monitored the client with the following updates of labor watch at 1pm.

At around 1:10pm, a healthy baby boy was delivered weighing 3.5 Kg. At around 1:20pm the placenta
was delivered completely.
