Project Charter: Table-Top Tablet Menus

Project Summary
Sauce and Spoon wants to introduce and customer interactive menu system that
would allow us to direct meal suggestions immediately to the consumer and decrease
turnaround time in the restaurant. We will serve more guests and track metrics to help
us maintain our annual sales growth of 28% while delivering a new level of high
quality service.
Project Goals
● Increase product mix
● Increase average check total to $75 by suggestive marketing of apps and
beverages by the end of Q2
● Increase appetizer sales by 15%
● Reduce table turnover by 30 min
● Increase profit by 10% by increasing overall customer base
● Reduce food wasted by 25% with automated system in bar area
● Decrease Employee burnout and turnover by 25% by end of project
Deliverables
● Provide tablet ordering system compatible with current Point Of Sale system to be implemented in bar area
● Plan to train staff on new system
● Virtual Menu design and update of website
● Maintenance schedule of new services

● Other customization fees : $5,000.00

Agreement: Need to work into a plan and specific metrics of increasing
employee satisfaction then will decide later
