Personal Notes
I've known my departmental colleagues for many years, and over that time I've seen
their individuality and professional skills.
Below are the superb skills I have witnessed so far:
 Strong Communication Skills – These involve being able to understand
instructions, make requests, and ask questions with ease.
 Problem Solving Skills – These help implement changes and improvements that
our school needs.
 Computer Literacy – Work is easily done with the use of technology. This is the
skill I admire the most about my colleagues in the department.
 Multi-tasker – Work may be finished off before or time since my colleagues can
work under pressure and know how to balance their time very well.
 Optimism – My colleagues have been showing positivity and great vibe in dealing
with the new setup of teaching and learning today.
 Social Skills – These yet by far is the coolest thing I have seen and witnessed in
my colleagues. They undeniably know how to socialize and accept one’s time and
decision by being respectful and considerate at all times.
