I’m a graduate student of Central Luzon State University currently pursuing Ph. D. in Aquaculture. I’m
currently enrolled in the course AQ 898- Special Problem to which the subject design to conduct part
of the planned dissertation. As part of it, I will be conducting a sensory evaluation of powdered
fermented Black Chin Tilapia and Indian Anchovy at your Post Harvest division.
In connection to this, may I request from your good office to allow me to conduct my sensory
evaluation on November 17, 2022, Thursday.
