Welding, Design, Engineering, Supervision, Testing, Coordination, Project Managements in EPC Projects of Petrochemical
Refinery, Oil & gas, Piping Equipment , NDT testing, Welder qualification, WPS & QC Documentation .
Technical Expertise:

 Preparation of NMR Documents as per SA-7907 and submit to the client for review. Performing of Wake
Frequency Calculation For Thermowell as per ASME PTC 19.3.

 Heading the Quality department.
 Collecting new suppliers profile & carry out new supplier evaluation.
 Preparation & approval of QAP for components to validate product to meet Customer Requirement at finished
stage.
 Resolve supplier part quality issues
 Preparation and approval of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents to establish process & product
control.
 Controlling the new part developing activity at supplier end.
 Assist with first off sample approvals
 Fulfillment of requirements of PPA (Pre-production audit) to improve system.



 Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes

 Final Inspection after Blasting and Plating.
 Getting dispatch clearance from the customer and TPI for fabricated item at our firms.

