9. Did you faced any personal clash or conflict with employees or consultants? How did you
handle it?
10. What were the factors that affect your employee’ performance during COVID?
11. What challenges did you faced on individual, group and organizational level during
lockdown?
12. How did you deal with these challenges? What type of interventions did you company
introduced?
13. What were the initiative taken by the organization on individual level and team level to
make organization more effective during COVID?
