Charlie co-founded Brydell Partners in 2014. Brydell is a private real estate investment firm
focused on the UK. Brydell invests its own capital alongside managed discretionary funds,
raised from global endowments and institutional LPs. The firm has c.£500m of equity under
management and its current portfolio includes labs, student accommodation, industrial,
retirement living, retail warehousing and offices.
Prior to Brydell, Charlie worked at Brockton Capital as Junior Partner and at Goldman Sachs
in the Real Estate merchant banking division. Charlie holds a BA (Hons) in Land Economy
from the University of Cambridge
