precedents is low, However, in common law countries, all judges are entitled
to give their own opinion.

As a last resort and lay down the foundations of the law which are later
modified. Dissents are important because they ensure that no parties be deprived of
their basic human rights (such as freedom of speech) and are an essential part of our
judicial system.

them more efficient than generalist courts?
The subject matter specific administrative tribunal’s decision is final and can
not be changed, they’re subject specific, which means they are designed to
focus on one specialized matter (i.e. residential tenancy board, workers , and
also the parole board of Canada etc.)V
