I am writing to apply for Front Desk Officer at Big 8 Corporate Hotel Digos.
I have 5 years of experience working part time as a service crewvand almost
three years as a Assistant Restaurant Manager in a fast food restaurant. I am also a
graduate of bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, My duties included managing
people and paperworks.
It also includes answering customer's questions, inquiries and addressing their
concerns and opinions because what we want is to provide them quality products and
good service as well.
I enjoy meeting new people and can work flexible shifts to accommodate consumer
needs. I also have strong organizational amd multitasking sakills along with the ability
to deal with customer issues and concerns as they arise. My strong analytical problem
solving and excellent communication skills combined with my persuasive nature make
me a greatmarch for this job.
I am dependable and self motivated with a good, friendly demeanor and ability to get
along with people from all types of cultures. Helping clients understand why traveling
to new, exciting places for vacations and holidays is something they cannot live
without, and I have a lot to contribute to your office if chosen for this position.
