department.
Create 5S , kaizen culture in Die casting Department .
Ensuring safe working environment and achievement of ZERO accident goal by identifying
and eliminating hazards.
Provide on the job training to new employees.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
Drive production planning and quality control activities in allocated vertical.
Inspection like Incoming inspection, in process inspection, final inspection with Aesthetic
Criteria, NPD Product.
Prepare Die casting department costing sheet.
Monitoring like machine break down and preventive maintenance plan (PMP) reports.
Smoothly maintain all factors in department like Quality, Production planning, costing,
Efficiency, Raw material, manpower shift etc.
Problem solves activities with coordination of tool room.
Analytical work at electroplating Department, grinding/ buffing stage and final checking
and packing Department.
