1. What is your dream job? Assuming you landed your dream job, how can you apply each of
the service management guiding principles?
To be a Computer Programmer or a Quality assurance tester, I can apply each principle by
doing it and practicing it like how I can also use it in my daily life like Planning how, improving
myself, engaging with others and more as it is not only tied to business as it can be use by us to as
said earlier improve one’s self and how you can manage thru the days, months and even years of
work and daily live.
2. Select three (3) value chain activities that are primarily involved in performing the role of
your dream job. Elaborate on your answer.
Plan as in on how you can do your given task for example and how to do it and finish it in
the given time also how to execute it properly and do it the way how the client wants it to look and
function wise. Improve in terms of how to do the task efficiently and proper and in Engage in
other people like collaborate and talk to them on how to do the project given and how to do it with
care and not overdone it.
