Motor was dismantled for diagnostic inspection. Stator winding was inspected and found OK. Bearing seat and bearing housing sizes were measured and found with in tolerance Both side grease cap seat size were measured and found DE side size was out of tolerance. Reclaimed DE side grease cap seat by metalizing and machining. End cover ID and frame OD sizes were measured & found ok Rotor was dynamically balanced to grade 1.0 of ISO 1940 Reassembled the motor with new bearing on both side Final solo run test was carried out and all parameters found ok .
