rxmfp:mo=rxotg-1988,subord,faulty;  check all faults from TG ; they will
indicate the same thing (Degraded or Lost Communication to Radio Unit )
rxmsp:mo=rxotg-1988,subord;
rxasp:mo=rxotg-1988;

 display the status of the TG and subordonqte MOs
alarm status
Basic steps :
1)
find the TG corresponding to the cell:
rxtcp:moty=rxotg,cell=Cell;
2)
display the status of the TG and subordonate MOs.
rxmsp:mo=rxotg-TG,subord;
If the TG/TRXs are manualy blocked, then lock the corresponding cells with the
command RLSLC :cell=CELL,state=halted ; (of course the cell alarms are automatically cleared)
. If the TG and subordonate MOs are unlocked go to step 3;
3)
Are all TS up (OPER and ENA) and everything in use when givving the command
RXCDP? If no, check with RXASP; and RXMFP; the Faults from the site take the appropiate
action.
In this case, sometimes helps if you reload the TG:

Is not ok to have NCH < LVA… LVA should always be less than NCH. This is the cause
for SDCCH alarm in this case. That parameter (LVA for SDCCH) should be changed for
C13879C .
