Dear Madam,
Request for leave on the occasion of my introduction and wedding.
I am officially writing to inform you that I am having my traditional marriage (kwanjula) and getting
married in church on 7th May and 14th May this year respectively. I would like to request two weeks
leave, starting 3rd May 2022.
I would like to extend an invitation to all my colleagues. I will be sending my wedding invitation by nail
in a few days. Also, I have requested Mr. Aaron a radiographer from Lacor Hospital who I have been
training on CT, to handle any emergency tasks that may come up in my absence. I have briefed him
on the important duties and will hand over to him on the day am to leave.
I hope you accept my request and grant me leave for the above mentioned dates. Looking forward to
a positive reply.
