What research would you really like to do that you can’t do now? Perhaps your idea
is too radical, ambitious or ‘blue skies’ for any current sponsor, making it difficult
to receive support for your proposed activities, perhaps you don’t have the right
collaborators, or perhaps you need expertise outside your current domain.
Please think beyond the following research themes when putting together your
expression of interest:
Future/sustainable cities (including issues of waste, infrastructure & urban political
change)
Imaging for biological applications
Topics already supported under the Engineering for Life initiative
