Director's Profile


Mr. Neeraj Jindal, Director of the company is responsible for several aspects of the
business including defining the company's strategy, business development, fund raising,
etc. He has over 20 years of multi-functional experience and is the Managing Director of
the JM Group. Mr. Neeraj Jindal is responsible for coordinating all financing and capital
markets activities affecting JM Group including real estate and corporate. He received a
graduate degree from Delhi University.

Mr. Ankur Aggarwal, Director of the other Group Company, has two decades of
experience in the real estate sector. He has been associated with the Company since its
inception as promoter. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is
instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. He is Bachelor of Commerce
from University of Delhi

Mr. Rupesh Gupta, Director of the company has over 15 years of multi-functional
experience in Real estate development, building construction and corporate finance. He is
responsible for several aspects of the business including defining the company's strategy,
business development, fund raising, among others. He is a graduate from Chaudhary
Charan Singh university and is widely regarded in industry circles for his in-depth
knowledge and expertise.

from 99 Sq.Mtr. to 6000 Sq.Mtr. for small scale Non-Polluting
Industries.
 The investment in land was mode though Pyramid
Commodities Pvt. Ltd.(PCPL) in which 50% shares are held by
J.M.Housing Limited and PCPL holds 100% share of Durga
Enterprises Pvt.Ltd.
