AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION
I, EDAURDO A. MEJIA of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Johnritz Subdivision,
Buena Oro Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City after having been duly sworn to in accordance with
the law do hereby dispose and say:
1. THAT, there is a clerical error for my previous request for cancellation
on approved subdivision plan PCS – 10-002016 for lots 3646 and 3648
and 3647 E-1 with a total area of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT (119,198) sqm. As
surveyed for Mr. REY JOHN TAN et al along with lot 5304 Cad 295.
2. Please be informed that Mr. REY JOHN TAN and JBT Properties are no
long the owner of lot no 3646 as per sheriff’s deed of final conveyance
is hereto attached.
3. As being previously requested, is hereto attached the SPA of the new
owner Mr. RICARDO TUANSON SR.
4. This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have set our hands this 16th day of ___January__ 2022 in the city
