MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Memorandum of Agreement was made and entered hereby and between:
I, LUIS CLARAVAL and ROBERTO CLARAVAL, of legal ages, Filipinos, and
a residents of Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, represented by ADELIA N.
RIVERA, of legal age, widow, Filipino and a resident of Agoho Drive Carmen,
Cagayan de oro City, herein referred to as FIRST PARTY;
-ANDWe, MIGUEL U. BACARRO, DEMONTHENES S. PANSACALA and
ALBERT ADOLFO EDRALIN legal ages, and residents of Cagayan de Oro City,
Misamis Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY;
WHEREAS, the parties agreed the following:
1. That, the first party is the owner of the subject lot under title no. T-47535/G170823. That, the subject property contained a total area of 56,523 sq. meters;
2. That, the first party intends to sell his/her/their property;
3. That, the first party executed an Authority to Negotiate Sale in favor of Miguel
U. Bacarro, Demothenes S. Pansacala, Albert Adolfo Edralin;
4. That, the first party is/are willing to accept the price of Php 700.00 per square
meters;
5. Less 5% commission for Licensed Broker Fee before divided two shares
Buyers and Sellers group.
6. That, all expenses, including but not limited to taxes, etc. shall be borne by
the buyer, except estate tax, if applicable;
7. That, the first party agree/s to let the second party jack-up or increase the
purchase price of the subject property up to Php 1,000.00 per square meters
in of the second party;

This Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect upon signing of the parties hereto
and shall remain in force and effect as stated in this MOA and the parties are bound
to fully comply with the all the terms and conditions sets herein.
