ACTIVITY # 1 Individual
The name of the person that I’ve interviewed is Roda Wandagan. She is my older sister. She is working
as waitress in Jollibee here at Bulanao, Tabuk City Kalinga. On may 24 2018 she have witnessed one
incident and that is, a worker or an employee is suffering from dizziness or over fatigue due to over
work or lack of sleep and has collapsed. The worker was sent home by the management and gave her
enough time to rest at home while recovering. She has medical expenses and financial assistance while
on rest day. So on that day my sister and her co-worker learned a lesson and that is they should always
take care their health because this is the most important for them to do their work well and take their
responsibilities as a worker.
