Libraries are more important than the internet. I find it quite amusing and amazing, confusing and unconvincing, draconic and dramatic that someone here is debating, (no no no no. let’s not even dignify this random talk by calling it debating. This is not debate) that someone here is making noise, arguing and denying the superiority of books, libraries to internet. I will not be the first person to tell you that quran has mentioned books, books books, and books. In case you don’t know; books mean Kitab in Arabic. Allah said ALIF LAAM MEEM. Can you mention anywhere internet was mentioned in the holy Quran? Talking about internet, we all have smart phones, we know what internet looks like. Unlike libraries that has books, newspapers, shelves, what the internet has is twitter, Facebook, snaochat, Instagram, etc. so, you be the judge. Which is better? I will not go so far as to deny the importance and key roles of internet in contributing to the bodies of knowledge that we have. Yes, internet is important. Very important. But many many years before Mr. internet was born, Mr library was the one doing all the wonders for us. It is the work of mr library that gave birth to mr. internet. Wise people say, the son can never be better than the father. Needless to say, the son in this case is the internet and the father? You know who he is. If the internet should meet the library, I trust he will call him daddy. That is why inside every standard library there is internet but not every internet or phone has a library
