The Body & Its Movements
Class 6
Do You Know?
Our body is made up of simpler units
like a wall made up of bricks. Do you
know what they are?
Varying tiny microbes to different
animals and plants are living things.
How are they structured?
Irrespective of various structures, do
these living organisms perform similar
functions like breathing, moving,
feeding and so on?
Let Me Answer Let me answer the questions in the previous slide Our body is made up of ‘CELLS’ - Not only our body but also all living
things are made up of cells.
 Living things exist in the simplest form - UNICELLULAR and also in
the complex form of structure - MULTICELLULAR.
 Unicellular Organisms – Living organisms made up of single cell.
 Multicellular Organisms – Living organisms made up of many cells.
