January 14, 2021 To Whom it May Concern: I’m contacting you regarding a vehicle being towed from my parking place (#93) yesterday at about noon. The owner of the vehicle is my boyfriend, and he had my permission to park there for the afternoon. We understand why the vehicle was towed, but I am respectfully asking that an accommodation be made for the following reasons: - I was not contacted by management or the towing company before or after the tow There were five other cars close to my spot without passes that weren’t towed Repeated phone calls and in-person attempts to contact you have gone unanswered As this is my boyfriend’s only means of getting to work, the tow has caused us substantial hardship, and added to the stress of dealing with the pandemic. Given that I am a new resident, and this is a “first time offense,” I am requesting permission to deduct the cost of the tow from my next rent payment, or recover the expense by other means that you prefer. Union on Elizabeth is a new building, and I have been extremely happy with it so far. As I’m sure you understand, a relatively small accommodation in this matter would make it much more likely that I renew my lease when it comes due. Thank you very much for considering this, and best wishes for the New Year. Sincerely, Eliana Bazzo Union on Elizabeth 1208 W. Elizabeth Street, Apt 106E Fort Collins, CO 80521
