Subject: Factory fixing
Hope you are well. Today I am forced to write to you like last night a serious
incident was prevented in the factory. A fire was caught around 4 in the morning
on the first floor of the factory. The fire engulfed 4 taka worth of the materials and
could have had serious implications had it happened on any other floor.As you
maybe aware, the workers are not trained in professional conduct and many of
them smoke during the work hours. This increases the risk as there are no
ventilators or escape rooms on the upper floors.Any fire that may happen there
may be catastrophic. I would recommend taking yesterdays fire as a warning and
fix the building structure so that stairways for escaping are created and all other
safety precautions are taken and employees are trained in protecting themselves. I
would suggest a fire drill for everyone, keeping fire extinguishers along with a ban
on smoking. A stairway for escape should be also created and ventilation shafts
should also be installed. Please take this matter up with utmost urgency
