REF-N-WRITE Troubleshooting instructions
1. Please go to add or remove programs in Control Panel and check if the add-in has been
installed properly
2. Please open MS word and go to File->Options->Add-ins ->Add-ins->Manage Com add-ins.
Please check if there is a tick next to Ref-N-Write Add-in.
3. If you cannot find Ref-N-Write Add-in under COM Add-Ins, then click the ‘Add’ button.
Then, browse to the following path C:->Users->{Your Name} ->AppData->Local->Astute Digital
Solutions Ltd ->REF-N-WRITE, and select the file ‘adxloader.dll’ and click ‘ok’ button at the bottom.
Now REF-N-WRITE should appear on the list.
4. Finally, please open MS word and go to File->Options->Customize Ribbon and make sure
REF-N-WRITE tab is checked.
