Title: Code of Ethics of Human Resources
This will be a discussion on what are the kinds of values that the Human Resources
Management implement to the people inside a corporation, why do they need to follow
this set of values and how important is this especially in their portfolio’s or CV. This is a
report about how the company can manifest within you through your actions as an
employee.
Code of Ethics of Human Resources, this talks about how a Human Resources
Team gives value to the organization gives it their own character their own personality it
gives employee a list on how you should act when you are outside/Inside a company.
This is important to those individuals who lack the right attitude and the right mindset but
has the skills to do the work done, they can follow this set of values for them to become
better and eventually grow and adapt to the working industry they are in. It’s a huge factor
in most of the industries nowadays on how well you listen and how quick you follow
instructions and adapt so it will really reflect on you on how you behaved on your previous
work, on how ethical you are.
Code of Ethics shouldn’t be taken lightly for it has a major role inside the
organization it helps avoid conflicts misunderstanding and also it helps us to be more
uniform and consistent. Implementing these values in the first days of employees and
interns is important its also for them to be aware on how to present themselves, avoiding
ill behavior inside the organization
