new systems and protocols.

distancing may be difficult have been identified.

An efficient system of notifying attendees
(participants, officials, volunteers) of the
systems and protocols is in place and what is
expected of them, must be in place prior to
the event.

the event of first aid being required, social
distancing may not be possible.
