You are hereby authorized to purchase one 30KVA transformer for the purpose of subject connection or
deposit work from any of the approved Albert’s manufacturers of transformers with valid registration or
prequalifications along with prototype approval of the Chief Engineer according to the amendment no.2
by Albert and all other changes applicable up to date in specification, design and instruction by the Chief
Engineer.
You will be responsible for providing the transformer at the connection site and you will also be
responsible for providing the original inspection certificate of Chief Engineer along with the invoice.
