Caribbean Model for House Churches Within this session Dr. Samuel Telemaque took the time to carefully expose us to a guideline that we can use for house churches here in the Caribbean. He noted that, a Caribbean Model for House Churches should reflect the worldview, values and cultural practices of a particular people group. I propose to suggest a culturally sensitive model to facilitate discipleship and church planting among Caribbean born Hindus. It is critical to understand that God works through global forces to expand His mission. Genesis 11 and 12 portray the fact that God makes Himself known to all people in multiple languages. God does not limit his mission to one particular people group but is a God of diversity. Through diversity in cultures and languages, God conveyed that He wanted to be known to all people, in all languages, and in all places. He is the God of all families. I appreciate that through his model shared, we were guided on how to go about ministering to Hindus, because He referenced some important points raised by Pastor Teelbaney Singh on their beliefs and practices. I am thankful for the session and by Gods grace with much prayer and guidance I can be able to effectively reach my Hindu brothers and sisters
