 The vision represents the idea or
dream of the business and where they
would like the business to be in the
future
 The vision inspires stakeholders
 Must be easily understood
 Bridges gap between present and
future
MISSION
STATEMENT
 A mission
statement
gives a
clear
outline of
the way in
which the
business
intends to
achieve its
vision
GOALS
 Long term plans
 Goals are set to be able to reach the
vision set by the business
OBJECTIVES
 Short term aims
 Objectives are set by businesses to
be able to reach the long term goal

How management
makes decisions
 How the staff
interacts
 How deals are
negotiated by the
company
 The morals and
ethics of a
business
 The way the
company is
structured can be
formal or informal

