Established in 1998 in Taiwan, starting from plastic injection, been dedicating since 2009 to audio products with specialization in design and manufacturing of headsets, accessories, and plastic parts. The fields company involves plastic injection design and manufacturing of headsets. Some products of company: Processing productivity. Ampacs International Vietnam Co., Ltd is a Chinese (Taiwan) company led by Mr. Huang, Wei-Wen as the legal representative of the Company cum Director. Salary policy. PCBA production area 1.2 Engineering department Organization structure. Production manager Production Engineer Employees... The percentage of engineering employee in company about 30 percent ( 30-35 persons) The interaction closely linked, logically between engineering employee and other department’s employee because production is in line. Main job of engineer in each division. Paint Spraying Technique, Plastic Injection Technique, Wire Production Engineer (proficient in using 2D, 3D)… Limitation of freshman engineers. Normally, the issues that they have to face since beginning job,this is less experiences in real production, and how to manager the line production. How to perform and manage all engineering issues. To perform and manage all engineering problem we need a clear understanding of the production line, each segment, the robot's behavior and the worker interaction with the machine. 2. Manufacturing factory How the processing plant is constructed. + Work-flow from raw material to final product. The company divide into five production area. 1.PCBA production area 2.Cable production area 3. Assembly area (Manufactoring deparment) 4. Plastic component production area 5. Lab quality management The main source of raw material is plastic resins. Plastic particles are pushed directly into the injection molds, depending on the details of each product, there are different types of injection molds. The machines are used for each process: Testing Lab Test the push button of the earphones, each press test 50,000 times Measure the size of the details, calculate the force of the headset Test the tension of the wire 5000 times Power supply 3-phase power supply Control system for plant?
