MESOREIN LUXURY HOTEL NOTICE FOR OUR ESTEEMED GUESTS
1. Check-in time is 12pm and check out is 12pm.Failure to check out by
12pm will result in an additional fee as 12pm to 4pm attracts half day
while after 4pm attracts full day charges.
2. Guests are advised to always drop their key card before leaving the
premises as loss of card would attract a fee of N3,000.
3. Food and Drinks are not allowed into the rooms and bar from outside.
Defaulters would be made to pay N5,000.
4. The rooms, walk ways, staircase, inside bar and restaurant is hereby
declared a non-smoking area.
5. The hotel guest bears financial liability for damaging the hotels
equipment, materials or technical devices due to their fault or their
visitors’.
6. Personal belongings left by guest in the hotel room upon check out shall
be kept in our store for 60 days.
7. Electric iron, ring boilers and cooking are not allowed in the rooms
8. Conducts of guest and persons using the services of the hotel should not
disturb the peaceful stay of other guests. The hotel may refuse to render
services to a person violating the above rule.
9. Guests are advised to confirm the number of towels placed in the rooms
upon check in so as to avoid argument when checking out as anyone
(towel) found missing or damaged will be paid for.
10. Cleaning of the rooms and performing necessary repairs of equipment
during guest absence or in their presence will be at guest’s request.
11. The hotel renders services in accordance with its category and
standard. Guests are expected to submit any complaints regarding the
quality of services at the reception desk as soon as possible for immediate
action by management.
12. The hotel may refuse the guest’s stay if the hotel Rules and Regulations
are grossly violated during guest stay.
13. Please do well to rate us by filling the GUEST QUESTIONAIRE in your
room before checking out.
14. In the event of no available room, Management has the right to check
out guest on the stated date of check out. Any extension should be
communicated to management before the date of check out.
