Sean Bell was born and raised in Queens. As a child, Bell was interested in acting and
played baseball. He was an incredible athlete and was a star pitcher at John Adams
High School. Sean met his future fiancé, Nicole, in high school and they went on to
have two beautiful daughters together. On the night before Sean and Nicole’s wedding
Sean was celebrating with friends and family. Just hours before his wedding, three
undercover police detectives fired 42 shots and killed Sean Bell along with wounding
Sean’s friends, Joseph Guzman and Trent Benefield. Sean’s life was cut short at age
23.
