I am sharing my leadership philosophy with you to shed light on what I believe and what you can expect
from me as a leader. My philosophy will also allow you to understand what I expect from you.
Leadership is organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal. Leaders are able to formulate
solutions to difficult problems, work well under stress and adapt to changing situations.

Strive for excellence in your work because it is representative of you
Train those who work for you so they can take advantage of learning opportunities
Trust and respect everybody until they prove they can't be trusted
