Пояснения к схеме комплекса
1. По персоналу.
Для монтажа нужен один хороший сварщик, один электрик и 3-4
квалифицированных рабочих.
2.Ориентировочные размеры ангара или навеса над обогатительным
оборудованием:
Длина 9 метров
Ширина 6 метра
Высота 6 метров .
Размеры без учета укрытия конвейеров, для них, возможно придется
делать крытую галерею.
3. Ориентировочные размеры доводочного помещения:
Длина 6 м
Ширина 3 метра
Высота 2,5-3 метра
Желательно одно или два окна по одно из длинных сторон.
Необходима вентиляция.
4. Необходимо иметь запас металла:
уголки, швеллеры, листы толщиной 2...4 мм.
5. Мощность ДЭС 300 кВт, 3 фазы, 380 в.
Нужен подводящий кабель минимальным сечением 3х120+1х60 (медный), длина кабеля определяется
удаленностью ДЭС от комплекса
Explanations for the complex scheme
