1. friendly: informal and showing kind interest.
2. heading: includes the writer´s address and the date.
3. salutation: a word of greeting to begin a letter.
4. closing: the ending part of a letter, just before the
signature.
What Is a Friendly Letter?
 It includes friendly, informal words that express the
writer´s real feelings and personality.
 The heading, is the writer´s address and date.
 The salutation usually starts with the word Dear
followed by the person´s name.
 A closing, such as Your friend, followed by a comma,
completes the letter.
