Nature of contract Fee-based 7. Contract description This service contract aims at strengthening the structure and role of civil society organisations (CSOs) in the Turkish Cypriot community (TCc). The technical assistance should reinforce the capacities of the CSOs, help promote an enabling environment for civil society in the TCc in line with EU values and international standards, encourage a rights-based approach to development and facilitate partnerships with both Greek Cypriot CSOs and EU CSOs and CSO networks. 8.
