Activity One: Alka Seltzer and Water
1. Place the Alka seltzer tablet into the balloon
2. Measure 150 ml of water into the Erlenmeyer flask.
3. Place the balloon over the mouth of the flask without emptying any of the contents into
the water.
4. Find the mass of the flask and balloon on the digital scale and record.
5. Return to your seat and empty the contents of the balloon into the water. Record your
observations.
