All employees/visitors in the Site premesis have undergone Safety Induction
Work permits available with the field supervisors for their respective works
Access and egress to site/work area/stores/offices/machine shops are clear
Adequate and sturdy barrication/edge protection around excavation has been provided
Adequate and strudy barrication/edge protection around building has been provided
Ladders are securely attached (only Aluminium ladders are to be used)
Heat Prevention measures being taken
Sub-contractors Safety Officer & First Aider available at site
Proper Signage put up at various locations at site
Updated Emergency Evacuation Plan displayed at various locations at site
PPE (safety shoes, jacket and harnesses etc) being observed at site
First Aid boxes readily available at/near the work area
Fire Extinguishers are ready availabe at site and near work areas where possiblity of fire exists
Site is clear of any leaks and spillage
Electrical Connections are secure and tight
House keeping being performed (waste disposal, work area clean etc)
Hazardous/combustable substances/materials are clearly marked and properly stored
Work with Hazardous/combustable substances/materials is being carried out under supervision
Scaffolding
Scaffolding erected under supervision of certified scaffolder
Scaffolding adequate and secure (attached to the building or satisfies height to base ratio of 4:1
Scaffolding has been inspected and tagged
Safety Harnesses being properly observed
Welfare Activities
Shaded, clean and properly ventilated rest area provided
Drinking water for workers is hygenic
Toilets are clean and properly equipped
