With reference to your application subsequent interview with us. We are pleased to appoint you as

Production Executive Tablet Capsule in our organization. Your joining date shall be 01.04.2019 and the detail of rules and responsibilities shall be provided upon your joining. However company reserve right to change the rule from time to time depending on priority to the company.

1) Your total emolument will be 380000 (Thirty Eight Thousands only) per month and after one year salary will be revised as per company norms.

2) You will be under probation for a period of 6 month from the date of joining. Based on your performance your service will be confirmed with company in written after 6 months.

3) You will be required to maintain utmost secrecy in respect of company.

4) You will be required to comply with all such rules regulations as the company may frame from time to time.

5) You will not engage yourself in any work or profession paid or unpaid or study course either full time or part time without prior written permission of the management.

6) The notice period for leaving/terminating services shall be two months.

7) Presently the place of work will be Baddi unit, but during the course of service you shall be liable to be posted / transfer anywhere any branches of the company.

8) You will be eligible to the benefits of company leave rules on your confirmation.

You will be responsible for safe keeping and return in good condition and order of all company properties, which may be in your use, custody or charge.

c) Operation of IR Spectrophotometer

Operation of IR Spectrophotometer is to be carried out as per the SOP No. d) Calibration of IR Spectrophotometer.

Calibration of IR Spectrophotometer is to be carried out as per the SOP No. e) Preparation of Sample for analysis

For KBr Pellet Method

. Mix I part of substance being examined with 300 parts of KBr and the mixture and then crush it to prepare the finely powered sample.

. Transfer the finally powered sample in to the cavity of the dye and assemble the dye.

. Put the dye under the hydraulic press.

. Apply the pressure 200 Kg/cm2 for 5 minutes.

. Also apply the vaccum to the sample for preventing the sample from absorbing moisture.

. After 5 minute release the pressure and your sample is ready for scanning.

For Liquid sample preparation

. Transfer the required amount of substance being examined to a volumetric flash and dilute with the solvent to get exactly the required concentration of the substance being examined,

. Also use the solvent used for dilution as blank solution.

For Nujol Mull Method

. Mix Well 2 to 3 drops of Nujol (Light Liquid Paraffin) with 10 mg of substance being examined

. Apply on the sodium chloride plates to get a thin film of the mixture.

F) Precautions to be taken during operation of IR spectrophotometer and sample preparation.

. The IR spectrophotometer should be in dehumidified area.

. For KBr pellet method KBr should be dried.

. All the solid chemicals and solvents should be spectroscopic grade.

. Use thoroughly dried apparatus for the sample preparation and they should be moisture.

. Apply the vaccum regularly to the sample to make it free from moisture.

. While releasing the pressure , release it slowly to confirm the pellet is not damaged. g) Applications of IR Spectroscopy

. In IR Spectroscopy it distinguishes between the pure sample and crude or impure sample i.e. the pure sample will show fairly sharp and well resolved absorption bands whereas the crude preparation will display broad and poorly resolved absorption bands.

. The examination of the IR spectrum can aid a chemical investigation in many ways.

. The progress of the most organic reactions can be followed readily by examining spectra of aliquots withdrawn.

. Some products like simethicone (activated dimethicone) , Chloramphenicol can be assayed by IR spectroscopy.

Evaluation Data

Evaluation can be done by comparing the sample spectrum with that of standard.

1 EMOLUMENTS:

Your emoluments shall be as per ANNEXURE- I.

In addition to the salary mentioned above, you will be entitled to claim the following expenses incurred by you for the purpose mentioned below subject to the maximum limit as mentioned against each.

2 Provident Fund:

You will be covered under Government’s Employee’s Provident Fund and Employee Pension Schemes as per rules.

3 ESIC / GROUP MEDICLAIM POLICY:

You will be covered under Governments ESIC policy if your salary is below Rs. 15001/- (Gross) per month or as amended from time to time. You will also be covered under Company’s Group Mediclaim

Policy as per Company rules at the sole discretion of Management as amended from to time.

4 GRATUITY:

You will be entitled to Gratuity as per the provision of Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and rules made there under.

5 REPORTING:

You will report to the designated Deptt. Head in the manner as may be specified / instructed by the the deptt. Head and or Appointing Authority from time to time.

6 PROBATION:

You will be on probation for a period of six month. The probation period may be extended / terminated depending upon your performance during the probation period.

7 CONFIRMATION:

You will be confirmed in the services of the Company in writing on successful completion of probation period. You will on probation till the time your services are confirmed in writing by the Company /

Management to be effective from the date as may be specified in the order of confirmation.

8 LEAVE ENTITLEDMENT:

You will be eligible to paid leave(s) as follow in accordance with leave Rules framed by the Company.

(a) CASUAL LEAVE

You will be eligible 7 days of Casual Leave in a Calendar year, which will be given to you on pro – rata basis.

(b) SICK LEAVE:

You will be eligible 7 days of sick leave in a calendar year, which will be given to you on pro – rata basis if you are covered under E.S.I.C. scheme.

(c) LEAVE WITH WAGES:

You will be eligible for leave with wages @ 15 days in a calendar year.

9 SUPERANNUATION:

As per Company’s policy, the Superannuation age is 58 years. As per our record (being furnished by you), your date of birth is……..

10 PHYSICAL & MENTAL FITNESS:

Your appointment and subsequent continuation in service of the Company is subject to medical fitness as assessed by the doctor(s) on the panel of the Company from time to time. Your services are liable to be terminated for absence from duty on medical grounds for more than 60 days without any notice or compensation.

11 ATTENDANCE:

Your attendance will be marked as per the rule / system of the Company and you are required to be punctual.

12 CONFIDENTIALITY:

You will maintain utmost secrecy on the state of affairs of the Company and will not divulge any information whatsoever to any person or Company / Research organization etc.

In unfortunate circumstances, specified as loss of confidence or breach or commitment or involvement in any act which is inconsistent with the service condition of your appointment and or any practice which contravenes the interest of the company it’s business credibility, the management reserve its right to discontinue the services immediately, without giving any notice or notice pay to that effect.

13 TERMINATION:

During the probation period, this contract of service may be terminated by the either side without assigning any reason with one month notice. Your service will be terminated by the Company by a notice of one month. If you desire to leave the services of the Company, a written notice of one month will have to be given by you to be counted from date of receipt of the resignation letter by the

HR Department Head and or Appointing Authority. During the notice period you will not be eligible for any leave and you are required to discharge your duties and responsibilities as advised by the

Company, you are liable to pay one month salary in lieu of notice period of one month.

In the event of discontinuation / separation in service , you shall be required to handover your charge to such person as may be nominated for this purpose and deliver such articles and effects of the company, movable or immovable as may be in your passion including notes, notebook and all correspondence either addressed to you by the company or received by you for and on behalf of the company. The company will be entitled to adjust outstanding dues from you against any amount payable to you at the time of full and final settlement.

14 TRANSFER:

Your service can be transferred to any our plant, office, associate, division, affiliate of Pharminox

Group which is in existence or may exist in future , anywhere in India at the sole discretion of the

Management. In such as an event, you will not be eligible for any extra remuneration or any other extra benefit and all terms and conditions of your service will continue to remain unchanged.

Consequent to the communication of your transfer order no cognizance of any leave, including sick leave, will be taken by the company. The Company may, however, review at its discretion, such cases, where sickness is supported by medical certificate from a civil surgeon of a private and /or

Government Hospital following a medical examination arranged at with company’s consent and cost.

Following the communication of transfer order, if you do not report at the transferred location, by the stipulated date or such date as permitted by the management, it will be deemed that you have left the employment of the company without prior notice to the company.

On being transferred to any of the Plant, Office, Associate, Division, Affiliate of Pharminox Group you shall be reimbursed the re – allocation expenses, as applicable to your Grade. Such expenses shall be

recoverable in case you resign from the services of the company within next twelve months of joining your duties in your new assignment, consequent to your transfer.

15 OTHER TERMS & CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:

As a responsible result and disciplined employee, you will perform your duties as per the guidelines and instructions given to you by the company and your superiors from time to time with regard to all the aspects of your responsibility.

You will be in full time employment with the company and shall not engage or devote any time or attention to any other employment or business or monetary position without written permission of the management.

Any information or material in connection with scientific, industrial, technical, research and experiments undertaken to carry out research and investigation, to prove and invent , to process new and better techniques or methods in which you have wholly or partially contributed during the period of employment with the company shall be deemed to be the intellectual property of the company.

Further in connection with the above, the company shall have to sole patent rights and its right to put in case any information for commercial purposes or otherwise.

In case the information provided by you regarding personal details and work experience or other relevant detail, are found to be false or concealing is not disclosing material fact, the company has right to terminate your services.

You will be governed by the service rules of the company, which may be amended from time to time as annexed.

You will take utmost care for proper use and upkeep of company properties under your possession.

You will communicate to the company any change in your address as well as personal status. All communication sent to you in the normal course at the address given by you shall be deemed to have been received by you.

You will inform company at once of any act or action prejudicial to the interest of the company on the part of any person which may come to your knowledge.

If any question of interpretation of any terms and conditions of your appointment / employment arises, the company decision shall be final and binding on you.

16 JURISDICTION:

Any dispute arising out of and or related to your employment with the company shall be subject to court under Himachal Pradesh High Court Jurisdiction only.

Pharmer Company hereinafter referred as Pharmer, S.C.O 42, F.F. Swastik Vihar,

MDC Sector 5, Panchkula hereby appoints Mr. Baljit

Hereinafter referred as local Transporter as agent for the transportation of

Company employees and workers from Neptune life Science factory (account of

Pharmer Company ) our finished goods, Raw & Packing materials etc. to carry and drop at company warehouse Block B, Ground Floor, M- 1 Plaza, Jharmajri, Baddi and various distribution sites in local Baddi. The transporter will make deliveries as per the approved distribution plan and documents along with eway bills will be provided by the Company staff during the dispatches.

Responsibilities of Transporter:

1: Vehicle should be stay at our site for 24x7 days and deploy personnel should be from 8.00 AM to 7.00 PM. In case company required driver for extra time then company will pay over time.

2: The transporter is responsible to provide fuel, bear & tear and all maintenance for distribution of all commodities to all local distribution sites.

3: Provide vehicle for transportation of finished goods, Raw & Packing materials from factory to the distribution sites.

4: Provide roadworthy vehicles in very good condition and well maintained for transportation of Commodities to designated locations.

5: Properly cover the carrying vehicles with good and strong tarpaulins.

6: All efforts must be made to complete transportation without transshipment. In the event of transshipment becomes unavoidable, it may only take place with the knowledge and approval of office staff.

7: The transporter will employ adequate personnel to transport the commodities.

The responsibilities for such personnel will be fully of the transporter and not of

Company.

8: For payment the transporter will submit to Company office original eway bills as proof of delivery.

9: Company does not make any advance payment. Full payment will be made.

Payment will be made within 10 working days after receipt of the original bill and with any adjustments due to losses deducted.

10: In case of non operation of vehicle due to mechanical failure, lack of spare parts, lack of fuel transporter has to arrange alternate upon their responsibility.

11: Four Sunday will be considered as holiday and beyond of four Sunday amount will be deducted.

If the performance of the transporter is considered below the expectation of company will reserve the right to terminate this contract based on the termination clause below and without any further reference to the transporter.

Company terminates this agreement for any reason upon giving 10 days written notice to transporter.
