Job Description:
L.V.Kiki is seeking an enthusiastic student intern who is eager to learn about the public relations
and marketing field and gain experience/knowledge in public relations, social media, cross
promoting, event planning and more. There is opportunity for employment after internship upon
evaluation and completion. Preferably, the student should be studying Public Relations,
Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications or related area and be able to work parttime or full-time Fall 2016 semester. An interest in fashion would be helpful but is not necessary.
The intern will work with the small public relations/marketing team for the company L.V.Kiki.
L.V.Kiki is an accessories company based out of South Hackensack, New Jersey. It is a
subscription based website that sends their subscribers 4-6 surprise accessories per month for
$19/month. The box is filled with a combination of jewelry, shoes, scarves, gloves, hats, legwear, belts, and hair accessories. Additionally, the website has a shop with over 10 collections of
seasonal accessories for those who do not prefer subscriptions.
Primary Responsibilities:

Social media marketing for a fashion accessory website
Learn Hootsuite and schedule posts for each week
Interact with customers/followers via social media
Responsible for editorial calendars
Learn/Implement search engine optimization
Monitor online presence and competitors’ presence & adjust social media posts
accordingly
Increase brand awareness
Assist in creating and implementing social media campaigns & Google AdWords
campaigns
Work with fashion bloggers and other industry organizations for cross promotions
Assist in photo shoots
Assist in the creation of video promotions
Qualifications:

Studying or interested in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism,
Communications or a related field.
Efficient with all forms of social media
Prior experience with Photoshop (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Demonstrates creativity
